This past weekend Josh and I went with my brother David, sister-in-law Eliza and their two kids, Lucy and Adam up to Madeline Island. Madeline Island is next to the Apostle Islands just a ferry ride away from Bayfield, Wisconsin. We had a blast and were able to get in some good R & R. Most of our time was spent hiking, bike riding, eating or relaxing. It really was nice to spend some time with nature and get away from the busy life we've been experiencing lately. Here are some fun pictures from our trip. I'm kind of bummed out we didn't get a picture of the restaurant we ate at twice. The food was amazing, the service....well....let's just say we left laughing....and good thing, or else we would have been crying. All in all it was good stories, here it goes:

P.S. This was the first time Josh and I rode on a tandem bike since our first date over 3 years ago. In case you were wondering, we're a much better team now. This ride was much more smooth, well except for the 5 minutes I tried to steer, that happened to be a near death experience, but otherwise it was very smooth! :)

Looks like you guys had a fun/gorgeous weekend! Lucy and Adam are adorable :) (As always). Very cute pics. Glad to know you finally did your part on the bikes, instead of making Josh do all the work.
