Yesterday Josh and I celebrated our 2 year anniversary. Well, I guess we really celebrated this past weekend. Friday night we got in sweats, went to Target, watched a movie and went to bed. It was so nice to relax and just be together. Saturday though we had bigger plans. First we went to get massages. They were wonderful (nothing compared to the Kura Door, but really what compares to the Kura Door) and very much needed. I enjoyed the pregnancy version and Josh enjoyed the deep tissue version :) Then we headed off to a wonderful dinner at Granite City. It was a great weekend just to spend together and enjoy where we are in life right now. As we were waiting for our table I looked at him and said, "I know 2 years ago was one of the best days of our lives, but man I'm so glad to be where we are right now."
I'll spare you all the details of my love for my husband, but I've found the cliche to actually be true. I really feel like I love him more each day. Maybe I don't realize it on a day to day basis, but when I look at how deep I love him now, it really can grow and has grown over 2 years.
Thank-you Josh for being my best friend and everything I could ask for, I'm so glad to be going through life with you.
**This is where if I were at our home computer I would insert an old wedding photo of us.*** If you can imagine, just think of us today, but about 20 pounds lighter :)
