Apple Picking Time....

Today we went with Grandma and cousins to the apple orchard. I think Ella thoroughly enjoyed her first time picking apples. I think she did even get a little jealous of the cousins when they got to go on the cow, tractor ride. Besides the fun time at the orchard we have spent all day eating and drinking apples. I think I've had my share for the year. Here's the list that I've consumed so far today: Apple cider, apple spice doughnut, apple, applesauce, apple with caramel dip, and apple turnovers. Granted that was the majority of what I ate today, but still, I feel very fat and like I said, I think I've filled my apple quota for a while. Following are some pictures of the cute stuff in the orchards...

"You want me to do what mom?"
"Smile? Oh, okay, I can do that."
Ella with the cousins.
"Mom, I want to eat it."
More cousins.
Adam, being a good sharer.
Lucy, showing her picking skills.
This is a random one with Ella showing off her winter hat and mittens. I think she loves them, she was squirming all over, but when I put these on this was the assumed position.

Hi Lindsay! Your apple picking looks like a fun time - delish, too. :) We saw Josh today at a 5K run on campus - it was fun to run into him and made me excited for when you and Ella move out here, as well!

SO CUTE! I love the apple picking pictures. I wish I was there with you guys. And I LOVE Ella's assumed position she's in in her winter suit! It's adorable :)

Thanks for going to the orchard together- we had fun and Ella did a great job holding apples for Adam. Does she like her applesauce?
