Ella turned six months this past Sunday. For documentation purposed I have personally taken more pictures in these past six months than I think I have in my entire life. (I've never been one to carry a camera with me.) With that in mind, we had yet to get any professional pictures taken of Ella. Here's where I owe a few shout outs. Thanks to Amanda who introduced us to Portrait Innovations and the $9.95 package. (We would like to plead the 5th on whether we actually stuck to the $9.95 package or not ;) And another shout out to my former roommate Allison. Allison started her own company called Shades of Jade Designs, where she makes her own baby bows, onesies, etc. You should all check her out at http://www.shadesofjadedesigns.com/, it's great stuff. Anyway, Allison custom made me a couple of headbands for Ella, because I couldn't find what I wanted in the stores. In the following pictures Ella happens to be sporting one of our favorite headbands that Allison made for us, thanks Alli.
Now for the Grandma's out there who will be receiving pictures soon we didn't want to unveil any of the pictures you will be getting, so instead I am posting some cute ones and some of the outtakes....if you will, here it goes:
The picture on the left shows Ella thinking that holding her mom's finger is pretty lame. The next one shows just how ready and excited she is for Christmas :)

Oh my goodness! What a sweet, sweet little thing!! Ummm...you really DIDN'T stick to the 9.95 deal!! But that is okay, I would have the same problem with you kids, except for one big difference: Ella is smiling in her pictures! Her mother wouldn't do that!
