Highlights of the trip are as follows:
1.) Michael and Josh both placed in their divisions, 1st and 2nd respectively.
2.) I (Lindsay) didn't die, and I actually had fun :)
3.) We had a great time, and had never been to St. George.
4.) There were palm trees, great weather, and a great hot tub at the hotel, that all helped it feel truly like a get-a-way.
5.) We enjoyed the only "In-n-Out" in Utah, and it naturally was delicious.
Lowlights from the trip are as follows:
1.) Ella not sleeping, almost at all, in the hotel.
2.) Me forgetting my bike helmet and having to make a last minute run to Walmart.
3.) Not being able to stay even longer to enjoy the gorgeous 70 degree weather and the beautiful scenery.

Sounds like you guys had a great time! Great job, I'm so glad Michael and Josh placed and I'm even more grateful Lindsay didn't die! Go team! P.S. Ella is so cute!
Congrats! Sounds like a fun trip and a great thing to do.
Great Job!! I have thought of doing those as I love bike riding. However, the trick to the duathalon is the running part....I just don't run except to play basketball!!
