We were excited to be in Minnesota last week and as always wanted to get our fill of strawberry picking. Because of an early spring and bad storms the berries weren't as plentiful, but that did not deter us! I had some serious berry pickers with me!
Ella could seriously be hired! She picked, and picked and picked. She was serious, focused and did a great job. She ended up with a full bucket, and only a handful of throw away berries!
Adele was also a serious berry picker. She was also a serious berry eater. She seriously probably ate more than 2 lbs of berries, while we picked. When her bucket became empty she started snitching from others!
We had fun and left with enough to make a batch of strawberry jam. Mission accomplished!
