Others have cats or dogs....
We have a house :)
We hope that one day we can call it "finished." For now, we'll just say we're getting there. Here are the most recent updates.
First a picture of some of our "new blinds," which makes it feel like home.
Next are pictures of our downstairs bathroom. I wish I had all of the pictures to show every stage. It started as a teeny, 3/4 bathroom, in desperate need of help/update. The next stage was the bathroom being completely demolished. Then onto a large hole in my basement floor with a mound of dirt next to it. That's the last time I documented. Since then Josh and company have redone the plumbing, recemented the floor. Framed the bathroom, insulated, sheetrocked and Josh is now onto taping the bathroom. Soon my friend, we will have bathroom #2 back and running, we're getting really close.
The bedroom blinds. (I know, I know, my picture taking skills and quality is amazing :)
The framed/sheetrocked bathroom.
Where the vanity is going.
The toilet nook.
The scary room now transformed into a soon to be food storage room.
The current food storage holding place / one day downstairs entertainment center.
P.S. I'm married to superman. This past weekend Minnesota reached a temperature high of about -5. I think with windchill we were averaging in the -20's. With that said, my husband still went out to play hockey with a friend Friday night, and worked on a roof on Saturday. Thank heavens for layers!
