Recent Happenings...

This last picture deserves it's own post, but we'll try to sum it up. On the way home from Christmas break, Frontier Airlines broke the handle off of our Chicco umbrella stroller. (Which was a very nice shower gift from Aunt Sally last year.) We were very bummed and filed complaint after complaint with Frontier, to no avail. They would not take responsibility for their actions....AGH! Thumbs down for Frontier :( We then called Chicco to see how much it would cost to order just a handle, trying to avoid having to buy a whole new stroller. Well Chicco asked us how long we had the stroller. I told them just a little under a year. She asked me to email her pictures of the stroller and what happened and a warranty should cover it. Well good news is that yesterday morning we woke up to the UPS man delivering us a brand new Chicco stroller, to replace the broken one! Thumbs up for Chicco! Needless to say Ella and we are both fans of the Chicco brand....I love good companies!
